Eeden

From preparing the land to planting the vines, to tasting the first wine, is a long and arduous process, accented by moments of agony and ecstasy. The micro-climate on Spring Mountain Road in the Spring Mountain District is suitable for planting Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as other red varietals such as Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah.
In 2003, Emil Tedeschi, our Vineyard Manager, planted Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller plots of Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah. This provided us with the opportunity to produce wines from these three grape varietals, and to carefully blend them to produce unique wines. Every step in wine-making at Eeden is done by hand, from caring for the vineyards, selecting only the best grape clusters, gentle crushing, fermenting, racking, bottling, and labeling. We take care to ensure that only the best quality wine ends up in each bottle. Eeden wines are designed to simultaneously please and challenge the senses and provide a unique Spring Mountain District wine tasting experience. We hope you enjoy it!
